Presco uses a Review
Board (employees representing each area of Presco)
to determine if an employee is eligible for a company
loan. Employees must have one year of employment
at Presco and show proof of emergency to be eligible
for a loan. |

Employees
may elect to further their education by taking seminars/classes
that are approved by Human Resources. Employees
must make a "B" or better to be reimbursed
for tuition and book expenses. |
