Presco is known for its excellent customer service. We believe that when you call our 800 number, you should be answered promptly by a live knowledgeable person. When you place an order, you have the option to have automatic order confirmations either faxed or emailed to you. When the order ships, we can send an Advanced Shipment Notification, providing you with tracking information. And when there is an error, we will stand behind our products and make it right. Tabatha attended Texas Woman’s University and brings over 20+ years Customer Service & Leadership experience to the team as our Director of Customer Service. Her primary focus has always been to lead the best possible team of solution oriented Customer Service Reps while maintaining close & trustworthy relationships with our customers. She is results driven and a creative thinker always looking to improve processes to work smarter, not harder. Ruthie brings to PRESCO more than 18 years of Customer Service experience in various industries including insurance and manufacturing. She enjoys working closely with our customers to make sure their needs are achieved to PRESCO’s standards.
Becky takes pride in her role as Customer Service Representative by going above and beyond for customers with a professional attitude for the customers knowing and feeling they are her number one priority.
Becky brings to PRESCO over 20 years of Customer Service experience along with 10 years of Management while still trying to achieve a higher level of Customer Service for each and every customer.
Bernie has over 20 years customer service experience in different industries of merchandising, consumer electronics and manufacturing. Originally from California, she has called Texas her home for the past 17 years.
As one of the liaisons between our Outside Sales Representatives and Presco’s customers, her number one goal is customer satisfaction. She enjoys the interaction with her customers and her department.
She truly believes in Presco’s Purpose Statement which is ‘YOUR FIRST BEST PLACE TO BUY, OUR LAST BEST PLACE TO WORK” and the unique culture of Presconians. Bernie has stated on more than one occasion “ THIS IS THE JOB I WILL RETIRE FROM”
