This past year Commercial Solutions struggled to find sales success in a historically strong sales region. Sales representative at Presco, Wade Wilson, spent time to under-stand the nuances on the different regions within Canada. In consultation with Com-mercial customers and sales team, Presco developed ribbon products specifically de-signed to meet the durability and costing requirements for that specific region. Very few manufactures demonstrate such a high level of commitment, professional flexibility and technical expertise. Through Presco’s efforts Commercial Solutions once again found sales in a region where we expect success.
Shipping into the Canadian market can be costly. The Presco sales team addressed the worry over freight by providing a permanent freight cost structure. A reasonable solu-tion addressing freight concerns.
