Safety is our priority, but sometimes disaster strikes.  That is why it’s always a good idea to keep an Emergency Contact Card on you.  Filling out this small card with basic information can help medical personnel better assist you in case you are involved in an accident.  Also, putting phone numbers of loved ones on your card can come in handy in case your phone dies and you have to use a landline or if you have to borrow a phone.  I learned this the hard way. (apparently not everyone has my wife’s phone number programmed into their phone.)
