So, Where do I Start?

  1. Gather the customization request from your client. Make sure they include:
    1. Flag Size
    2. Flag Color and Ink Color
    3. Staff Size
    4. Custom Message and/or graphics
    5. If possible, provide Presco with vector image files or links to your customer’s logo and message.
    6. Send the request to customerservice@presco.com
    7. Presco graphic design team will design a mock-up image of the product and send it back to you within 24 hours.
    8. Once your customer has reviewed and approved the art work, update customer service with a phone call or email.
    9. Customer Service will submit the final request and Presco will produce, package and deliver your clients customized products directly to your store.
