As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Presco’s Marking Products Division, Wade helps create value for Presco’s customers by implementing sales and marketing strategies with a primary focus on helping each customer sell more Marking Products. With the understanding that most of Presco’s partners total overall sales are less than 1% in the Marking Products category, Wade and his Presco team drive revenue by putting custom initiatives in place to create focus on these products. Not only does Wade focus on the growth of Presco, but he understands that helping Presco’s customers grow their revenue is the key factor in creating value for each distributor.
Wade joined Presco in 2010 and has been instrumental in the sales growth success for Presco and their partners. He was promoted to VP of Sales in April 2018 as a recognition to his leadership. Wade leads all Marking Products sales in the Industrial, Safety, MRO and Utility categories as well as Irrigation, Survey and Forestry distribution channels as well. In addition, Wade also manages Presco’s Customer Service and Marketing Departments. He leads by example and works with his team members in a collaborative fashion to both create and implement better methods of delivering Presco’s message to our customers.
Wade received his BA degree with a minor in marketing from Troy University in Alabama and currently resides in Roanoke, TX with his wife, Karla.
Clayton is the Director of Marketing and the Team Lead of the marketing department at Presco. He is a well-trained, innovative, energetic and highly experienced marketing expert with the responsibility of ensuring the effective coordination of all the organization’s marketing efforts and promotional activities required for reaching the target market and achieving the marketing goals of Presco.
As Director of Marketing, Clayton leverages his potentials and years of professional experience of owning a graphic design and sign business, to ensure the accomplishment of the organization’s goals. He ensures that all marketing standards such as creativity, productivity, quality assurance, and innovation are not just followed, but exceeded leading to overall organizational success.
Clayton attended Texas Tech University and The Art Institute, with specialization in Marketing and Graphic Design. Clayton can be found outdoors camping, kayaking or exploring most weekends with his wife Amanda, and teenage daughter, Haddie.
Sherry Qualls has been a “Presconian” since 2003. As inside sales manager, she works closely with our customer service reps and new clients to ensure the onboarding process is smooth and seamless.
Sherry enjoys interacting with customers on a daily basis, developing new relationships and sharing not only the vision of where Presco is going, but sharing the history of how we got here.
CJ Freeman, is one of Presco’s most ambitious National Account Managers who’s primary focus is the management and development of multiple National Accounts across the United States, which include (but not limited too) Waterworks, General Construction, Industrial MRO, Irrigation, Data Communications and Electrical.
CJ came to Presco with a degree in Business Marketing from Texas Tech as well as a solid background in sports marketing and promotional product sales. To add to his list of accomplishments, CJ is also OSHA 30 certified.
True to his hometown, CJ currently resides in the Dallas area with his wife Lindsay, son Harrison and their two dogs.
Sean O. Cash, born in Casper, Wyoming, grew up in Oklahoma City, where we attended college and started his career in management with a fortune 500 pharmaceutical distributor. His career moved him around the US, residing in Denver, Colorado, Ardmore, Oklahoma, and eventually Lakeland, Florida, where he managed an underground utilities locating district for USIC. Ultimately, Sean relocated to Houston Texas. His experiences include pharmaceutical supply chain distribution, crew management, product manufacturing operations, underground utility locating, data analysis, safety training and compliance. Sean’s professional certifications include OSHA 30 and Industrial Safety and Health certifications through Georgia Tech.
Sean’s extensive work experience with knowledge of the underground utility locating business and the safety protocols involved, provide him with industry expertise to support Presco’s customers and their business. Sean has excelled quickly since joining the Presco sales teams by establishing an extensive pattern of success in helping his customers grow their business. As one of the leaders in the marking products division, he is well versed in the manufacturing and production processes of all goods provided by Presco. He attributes the success to the quality time he spends learning the customer’s individual business needs and ensuring their growth in sales and market share.
Sean and his wife, Edyta, have been married for 19 years. They, along with their children, currently reside in The Woodlands, a Houston community. Leisurely, Sean enjoys playing basketball, waterskiing on the Houston lakes and mentoring youth by coaching sports such as football, basketball and soccer.
Scott is one of Presco’s distinguished National Account Managers responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis. For nearly 28 years, Scott has exercised his skills in relationship development, portfolio management and sales leadership in the field of Engineered Films and Plastics to acquire and maintain some of Presco’s most diverse client relationships.
As a Central Washington University Alumni graduating with a degree in Marketing Management, Scott has spent the majority of his career leveraging his expertise to increase sales productivity and improve selling performance.
When Scott isn’t focused entirely on growing national accounts and seeking out new market alliances; he is embracing his role as a grandfather and husband, spending time participating in family activities such as boating, classic car restoration, and animal husbandry.
Amy is Presco’s Sales Project Coordinator and works closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that all of our client’s needs are met as new projects evolve. Along with coordinating project schedules and being a liaison between clients and the sales team, Amy is a talented content writer who is responsible for the ideation and creation of compelling content such as website copy, blog posts, social media content, and product/service descriptions.
With a concentrated background in both law and mortgages, Amy uses her methodical skill set to gain insight into various analytics, which is essential to maintaining Presco’s relevance within a diverse community of content-centric marketing platforms.
Amy attended Florida Metropolitan University and received her degree in Business Administration and Management. As a Florida native residing in the great State of Texas, when she isn’t taking to the skies with her pilot husband, you will find her lakeside in the summer kayaking or boating with her four fur children or snowboarding the slopes during the winter months.
Lauren is Presco’s Sr. Brand Ambassador and supports the National Account Managers in the field by visiting our valued distributors. She works to promote our products and services on a local level to increase Presco’s brand awareness while generating incremental sales opportunities with her current customers. She also attends branch events, and exhibits at top industry trade shows to foster relationships and earn the trust of our customers and partners.
Lauren holds a Communication degree with a minor in Marketing from Rhode Island College. With her background in IT marketing, meeting planning, and logistics, Lauren is well-versed in how to communicate and collaborate effectively with our team internally along with our partners on developing various campaigns and incentive programs to achieve a common goal.
As a recent transplant from Massachusetts, Lauren ditched her snowblower for the warmer climate of Texas, but she remains true to her New England roots and sports teams. As a frequent flyer, for both work and leisure, Lauren enjoys traveling to new places and meeting new faces. She is your go-to for any travel tips on your next get-away.
Amanda is one of our dedicated customer service representatives who is responsible for the management and maintenance of our valuable customer database. Serving as a liaison of communication, you can expect to find her interacting with customers to provide information and quick responses to inquiries, services, and requests for purchases from our vast product line.
As a 14-year veteran of the medical field, Amanda opted for a career change that would properly utilize her skills in customer resolution and client satisfaction, while working in a strong team focused environment.
Outside of Presco, Amanda enjoys creating custom wood signs and furniture with her husband of 10 years, Neill and playing an active role in community sports leagues such as soccer and volleyball, with her 11-year-old daughter, Natalie.
Becky McCleese is Presco’s Senior Customer Service Representative, who brings over 15 years of customer experience to the table. With a heart of gold, Becky knew early on that her dream career would be to assist people to achieve their goals through strategic thinking and communication. Not only did this ambition lead her to Presco, but it also encouraged her to work towards developing new skills through various management courses and training groups, to ensure she was achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction possible.
As the lead Customer Service Representative, Becky is often faced with challenging situations which she uses as a tool to educate and coach other members of her team. Additionally, she is one of Presco’s most tenured and exceptional employees that never fails to deliver on the promise to “Make Presco a little better, every day.”
In her spare time, Becky enjoys traveling around the country with her husband, Kevin and spending quality time with her adult daughters and the family fur children.
Bernadette “Bernie” Chitwood, is Presco’s Customer Service Manager who works side-by-side with our group of National Account Representatives and their customers on a daily basis. Bernie has many strengths but resolving customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, all while ensuring a one of a kind customer service experience- is what makes her such an asset to our team. Along with managing customer expectations, Bernie also educates and guides her team of skilled and knowledgeable customer service representatives towards the Presco standards of excellence.
Spending much of her career in fields heavily focused on Consumer Electronic Sales; Manufacturing Sales Training, and Customer Service Management, Bernie’s diverse range of strengths make her an asset to Presco’s continued success.
Although. Bernie currently resides in the Lake Texoma area of Texas; she was originally born and raised in sunny southern California, where she became a mother to 2 wonderfully successful ladies who have just begun to start families of their own.
Bernie also enjoys spending her weekends cruising the lake with her husband, Michael and their two Yorkies. If you don’t find them on the lake, they are most likely traveling the countryside on their motorcycle, or at home cooking up some new and healthy meal ideas.
As one of our quality-focused customer service representatives, Brandie brings both market knowledge and strong analytical skills to the table. With over a decade of experience conferring with customers, maintaining detailed financial records, and examining relevant information pertinent to client requests; Brandie is one of the first lines of contact for our clients.
To stay ahead of the curve, Brandie refreshes her skills by regularly delving into courses and workshops that are designed to enhance the customer service experience and improve company culture.
